At Pupstar, we want you and your pet to love our sparkly, all-natural fragrance! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products – If your Pupstar bottle arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
Gifts Returns – If you received a Pupstar bottle as a gift and would like to return it, contact us within 10 days of original delivery and provide the name of the person who bought it.
Unsatisfied with the Product – If you’re not happy with Pupstar for any reason, you can return it within 10 days for a refund. The bottle must be at least 75% full to qualify.
Non-Returnable Items
Used bottles with less than 75% of the product remaining.
Returns requested beyond the specified window.
How to Initiate a Return

Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 48 hours with next steps.
Ship the item back – We’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive your refund – Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
